The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is dedicated to helping people live well for longer. We lead, shape and fund health and care in England, making sure people have the support, care and treatment they need to stay well and care well for others. We do this with compassion and respect, recognising and protecting the dignity they deserve.
